1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are trading company with our own factories.
2. Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes. We provide existing samples or customize for you.
For customized samples, we will charge sample fee which will be refunded after the order placed.
3. Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: For items in stock, 1pc is accepted. For customized order, depending on different items.
4. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Normally 3-7 working days after the payment about the stock products, 15-30 working days after the payment which depends on the products&quanti.
5. Q: Which port will you ship the goods?
A: Ningbo/Shanghai. Or we could offer EXW price, you can choose the delivery by air, vessel, etc.
6. Q: How to start order with you?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements, then we will quote according to your requirements with our suggestions. Then the arrangement about sample and place 30% deposit for order. Then, the agreed products will be arranged the production. Then, the goods will be sent after the 70% balance!
