1. When i can have reply after we sent the enquiry?
We will reply you within 12 hours in working day.
2. What is your lead / produce time?
Usually 5-7 days for produce, 7-9 days for produce in busy season.
For products in stock, only need 1-2 working days.
3. Can you make my design / LOGO?
yes, we can make your own design and LOGO, you can send us the picture in PDF/AI/JPG, we will check and make mock up.
You can also choice different material to print design.
4. What is your payment term?
Payment way: TT/WEST UNION/PAYPAL/Alibaba Trade Assurance.

5. What is your shipping term?
Shipping way: DHL/UPS/EMS/FEDEX, By Air, By Sea.

9. Is there any cost if we cancel the RTS order after payment done?
No cancellation fee in 12 hour after payment. After 12 hour, we need charge 30%-35% material cost if you need cancel the order.
10. Does your products have UPC, EAN, ISBN, or ASIN ID number?
No, we are only the products supplier and manufacturer.
for any selling purpose with valid ID code, you need buy with professional code supplier.
